By accessing or using the services of Premier Concrete of Alexandria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our concrete contractor services in Alexandria, VA and surrounding areas.

Services Provided

Premier Concrete of Alexandria provides professional concrete services including driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, commercial services, and retaining walls. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Estimates provided are not binding until a formal contract is signed by both parties.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during the project.

Additional charges may apply if your project requires extra materials, labor, or permits beyond the original estimate. We will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work begins, typically 25 to 50 percent of the total project cost. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless other payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may delay the start of future projects.

Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material delivery issues, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We will notify you as soon as possible if any delays are expected. Premier Concrete of Alexandria is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from project delays beyond our control.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. All concrete installations come with a warranty against defects in workmanship for a period specified in your contract, typically one year from project completion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settling, extreme weather conditions, or modifications made by others. Concrete naturally develops minor cracks and we cannot guarantee that your surface will never crack.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles, vehicles, or belongings that may interfere with our work. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or underground utilities that are not properly marked.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals before work begins. We can assist with the permit process for an additional fee if requested.

Limitation of Liability

Premier Concrete of Alexandria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus a processing fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may forfeit the deposit. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
